We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use the Services, including during onboarding and while using the App's features. The personal information we collect may include:

• Texting style and communication preferences
• Screenshots of chat conversations or dating profile bios that you choose to upload for analysis
• Mood and context selections when using the RIZZ mode
• Messages and questions submitted through the BESTIE mode
Important note regarding third-party information:
When you upload screenshots of conversations or profiles for analysis, those screenshots may contain personal information about third parties (such as the person you are dating). By uploading such content, you represent that you have the right to share this content with us and that doing so does not violate the privacy rights of third parties or applicable law. We process such content solely to provide the analysis service to you and do not retain it for any other purpose.
Payment Data
We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases. All payment data is handled and stored by Apple. You may find their privacy notice at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
Application Data
If you use our application, we may also collect the following information:
• Mobile Device Access: We do not request access to your camera, contacts, location, or microphone unless you explicitly choose to upload a photo or screenshot, which is processed through our AI service provider.
• Mobile Device Data: We automatically collect device information such as your mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, operating system, version information, and IP address for security and operational purposes.
• Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications. You may turn these off in your device's settings at any time.
Information automatically collected
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. Google API
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Gemini API to process text and image content you submit for AI analysis.

We process your personal information for the following purposes:
• To deliver and facilitate delivery of services, including analyzing uploaded screenshots, generating flag assessments, generating text response suggestions, and providing the BESTIE conversational AI experience
• To personalize your experience based on information you provide during onboarding
• To respond to user inquiries and offer support to users
• To fulfill and manage your subscriptions, payments, and related transactions
• To send push notifications with reminders and updates (with your consent)
• To protect our Services, including fraud monitoring and prevention
• To identify usage trends to improve our Services
We do NOT use your relationship information, uploaded screenshots, or conversation data for targeted advertising.

• AI Service Providers: We share content you submit for analysis (including screenshots and text) with Google Gemini API to generate AI-powered analysis. This sharing is subject to Google's privacy policies.
• Analytics Providers: We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics to understand how users interact with the App.
• Payment Processors: Subscription payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
• Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?
Yes. The core functionality of Flags AI is powered by artificial intelligence, specifically Google's Gemini API. When you use FLAGS mode, RIZZ mode, or BESTIE mode, content you provide is processed by AI systems to generate responses and analysis.
Important limitations of our AI:
• AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate
• AI analysis is based solely on the information you provide and does not account for full context
• AI outputs should not be treated as professional psychological, medical, or relationship advice
• The App is designed for entertainment and general informational support only
We are committed to responsible AI use. We do not use your personal data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
Our servers and infrastructure are located in the United Arab Emirates. If you are accessing our Services from outside the UAE, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the UAE. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.
Additionally, content you submit for AI analysis may be processed by Google's infrastructure, which may involve international data transfers subject to Google's data processing agreements and applicable data protection law.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Screenshots and content you upload for analysis are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored by us beyond what is necessary to deliver the analysis result. Onboarding information and usage data may be retained for the duration of your use of the App and for a reasonable period thereafter for operational purposes.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
